Inside of MANNER’s Factory

The factory is located in Tongzhou, Jiangsu, covering an area of over 5000 square meters. It has a temperature and humidity-controlled storage warehouse for coffee beans, multiple German PROBAT and Swiss Buhler roasting equipment, Cropster roasting Intelligence, and Swiss Buhler optical sorter. This ensures the stability, reproducibility, and traceability of the coffee beans produced.

Han Yulong(MANNER COFFEE Founder) also believes in equipping his stores with world-class hardware equipment such as La Marzocco coffee machines and Mahlkönig grinders, to ensure the stability and perfect expression of the essence of Italian espresso in every cup of coffee. For training their staff, Manner has established their own Manner Lab Coffee Academy, which has been certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Through regular training and high-quality quality control at Manner Lab, they cultivate Manner's professional star baristas and improve their service standards.
